The course does not include formal examinations. Participants complete practical exercises, scenario-based tasks, role-plays, and short quizzes to reinforce learning. Facilitators provide feedback on emotional regulation, coping strategies, and conflict de-escalation techniques. Activities allow learners to practise applying stress and anger management methods in real-world situations. The focus is on practical skill development rather than testing, ensuring participants leave the course with actionable strategies to maintain calm, manage emotions effectively, enhance wellbeing, and foster positive relationships at work and in daily life.
